Shipping Policy

Can you expedite shipping?

Sorry, but we currently cannot expedite shipping.

How do I change my shipping address?

Address change requests are NOT guaranteed and we cannot assure that every request will be fulfilled. It is your responsibility to input the correct shipping address during checkout.

 

In the event that we could not get to your address change request in time, we will notify you if  your package is returned back to our warehouse (this does not always happen and is not guaranteed). If you do not respond within 7 days from this notification, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping and any applicable Paypal fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Do you offer free shipping?

Sorry, but we do not currently offer free shipping.

How long will shipping take?

If your order does NOT contain pre-order items:


Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order before it can be shipped out.

If your order does contain a pre-order item:


Our estimated transit times won't apply until every pre-order item in your order is available for shipment. Estimated pre-order ship times can be found on that pre-order product's respective product page.

Please note the following transit time is an estimates. None of our shipping transit times are guaranteed.


Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days once your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

All items are final sales and are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

Please note that dangling / loose threads on garments are not considered a valid reason for returns / exchanges. 

If a digital download link has been clicked / opened, it is non-refundable. There are absolutely no exceptions.
